Then dry the residue with tea towels, blotting paper and absorbent paper. Put a little of the residue on half a sheet and fold the other half over it and press hard like a rolling pin or hash press. Hash press are very effective in removing all the moisture and making the cookies more dry. Once the moisture is removed take out the patties formed for use.
