Ok who decides what you can and cannot buy and get it shipped to you by mail? Well the kingpins of making that decision starts with the government, for the most part dealing with things that are coming in outside of the Country. Every country is different of course, and often the rules of what you can ship and what you can receive are entirely different.

These are set by regulations and no once can really fault the government officials for having concerns in these areas. Just imagine if there were hard rules about what kinds of things can be sent into the Country what you might end up with.
