how much trimmings? What about stems?

how much trimmings is needed for the bubble bags? and can i use stems if grinded up? if not is it worth making oil? please help me answer these and thank you for your time.

answer:
Don't use stems, no trichomes or THC.
You can use up to 500g of herbs with our 5 gallon bags.
